Welcome to The North Downs Pony Club.  Some of you may already have heard of the famous ClubXS run by DV8 Leisure. For those of you who haven't, you are missing one of the south of England's premier Fetish venues. Set in 52 acres of beautiful Kent woodland and pasture's the proprietor Andy has created a superb venue.

By virtue of its unique one man ownership Andy is able to open the grounds and the club house to anybody of any persuasion, at just about anytime of the month or year.

The  XS club meetings held on the last Friday of every month have become  a benchmark for hospitality conviviality and general perviness throughout the fetish community. With the superbly equipped dungeon and spacious seated relaxation areas, combined with the viewing lounge and quiet rooms upstairs. Add to this the ambient music  and your in club heaven.

Such was the demand for the regular Friday club night that the XS extra was added to the calendar on the following Saturday evening. This has lead to the unusual phenomena of people actually camping in the middle of winter in the grounds just to make a weekend here at ClubXS DV8.

The club in its many guises already hosts several evenings with Workshops on a regular basis by recognised (some quite famous) practitioners of there crafts. After some consideration it was decided that there was sufficient interest in the south to start the North Downs Pony Club (membership Based) with the XS Saturday club as a free for all. The Pony Club Membership is free. And will allow you discount on the door on all club nights by simply calling early and giving your membership number on the telephone.



We will be holding special weekends and Gymkhanas in the warmer months with the ample camping facilities attracting overnight revellers. This combined with many local hotels and B&B's offering reasonable overnight accommodation for the less hardy should make for some wonderful and memorable forthcoming events. What we hope to achieve is a more relaxed and friendly environment than some of the more established human equine farms and clubs (no names mentioned). A place where Fun is priority, not protocol or clique.
